That is a measurement rather than an estimate, which makes it different from the Narration Timing Converter: that one predicts how long a script will take before anything is recorded, and this one tells you what happened. Between 140 and 160 is comfortable for material a learner is hearing for the first time. Past 175 is quick, and worth listening to on the densest slides.
