Privacy
Short version: no account, no name, no email required. Your answers are stored so your results page keeps working, and analytics only runs if you say yes.
What is stored
- Your survey answers and the recommendation generated from them. This is what makes your results page work, and what lets it still work if you bookmark it or send it to a colleague.
- Your rating and comment, if you leave one at the end. Used to judge whether the tool is any good and where it’s wrong.
- Nothing that identifies you. No name, no email address, no login. Nothing links a set of answers back to a person.
About your results link
Each results page has a long random address that isn’t listed anywhere and can’t realistically be guessed. But it isn’t password protected either — anyone you send the link to can open it. Treat it as shareable, not secret.
Analytics
If you accept, this site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see how far people get through the survey. Google sets cookies and receives your IP address as part of that. If you decline, the analytics code is never loaded at all — not loaded-but-disabled, simply not loaded.
Where it’s kept
Responses are stored in a Supabase database. Analytics data, if you accepted, sits with Google. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone else.
Deleting your data
Email czilbersher@gmail.com with your results link and the stored responses behind it will be deleted. Because nothing is tied to your identity, that link is the only way to find your particular record — without it there’s no way to identify which entry is yours.
